Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Fatty Marsha Foundation. Our volunteers play a crucial role in supporting our mission to raise awareness, provide support, and break the stereotypes surrounding HIV/AIDS. Below are some volunteer opportunities available with our organization:

Event Support:

• Assist with organizing and coordinating events such as fundraisers, awareness campaigns, community outreach activities, and our annual toy gala. Volunteers may help with event planning, logistics, setup, registration, and more.

Educational Workshops:

• Help facilitate educational workshops and seminars on HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and stigma reduction. Volunteers may assist with preparing materials, setting up workshops, leading discussions, and providing support to participants.

Support Groups:

• Volunteer to support individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families by assisting with support group meetings. Volunteers may provide emotional support, facilitate group discussions, and help create a safe and supportive environment for participants.

Community Outreach:

• Join our outreach team to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and promote our organization's programs and services. Volunteers may distribute informational materials, participate in health fairs and community events, and engage with community members to provide information and support.
